What we collect

• What you send us: name, email, phone, business details and messages from our forms, chat/text widget, client portal and store checkout.
• Site usage: pages visited, referral source, device and browser info, collected by the analytics and tracking tools listed below.

How we use it

We use this information to reply to you, deliver the services you buy, run the client portal, take payments and understand how people use our site. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not buy or broker leads.

Tools we use

• GoHighLevel / LeadConnector: our CRM, chat widget and text messaging. GoHighLevel also runs a form and visitor tracking script on our site, served from our branded domain (api.cornerbridge.net), so we can connect form submissions and visits to our CRM.
• Square: payments at checkout.
• Google Analytics 4: site analytics (uses cookies).
• Hostinger: website hosting.

Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.

Text messages

If you text us or start a chat, you agree to receive texts about your inquiry and our service. How often we text varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of purchase.

Emails

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email jonathan@fluxlab.agency and ask us to stop.

Your choices

• Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser, or use Google's opt-out add-on.
• Your data: email jonathan@fluxlab.agency to ask for a copy of your information, a correction or deletion. Some records may have to be kept for legal or contract reasons.
