Master Services Agreement

How this works

After you pay through Square, we present a Service Agreement (Order Form) with your name, package, and price filled in. That Order Form incorporates this MSA by reference. Signing the Order Form means you agree to both documents. Nothing here overrides the price, deliverables, or cancel-anytime terms on your Order Form.

The client is the business and signer named on the Order Form.

Services and fees

Scope, deliverables, revision limits, start date, and fees are those stated on the signed Order Form. One-time project fees are charged at checkout via Square Payment Links. Recurring services, if any, are billed by Square Invoice and are month-to-month with 30 days' written notice to cancel. We do not add surprise fees. Work may pause if an invoice is more than seven days late after we reach out first.

Ownership

Once you are paid in full, the finished website, brand assets, and content we create for you are yours. Flux Labs keeps rights only to our internal tools, templates, and pre-existing materials used to deliver the work.

No results guarantee

Governing law

Florida law governs this agreement. Venue is St. Lucie County, Florida, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
