THE SYSTEM

The system between the phone ringing and a job on the board.

Flux catches the call, answers first, finds out if it's a real job, and puts the estimate on the calendar. You'll know which calls came from where.

AI can answer, text back, and ask if it's a real job. It does not replace your crew, your pricing, or your yes.

  • System installations are scoped after a Revenue Leak Audit.
  • Built for companies where one qualified booking carries meaningful value.
  • Not designed for brochure-site projects.

Capture → Respond → Book — one measured path from inquiry to booked estimate, inspection, or dispatch.

CAPTURE → RESPOND → BOOK

Three stations. Each one has a test.

Every module names what Flux controls, how it is accepted, and what stays on your side of the line.

  1. 01

    Capture

Get the call, the form, and where it came from onto one board.

    • Conversion pages. Click-to-call, short forms, and the correct booked-event request in the first viewport.
    • Click-to-call, forms, chat, and source capture. Inquiry channels write into the designated system with source fields intact.
    • Local discovery paths where relevant. Google Business Profile, service-area language, and local landing paths match real dispatch.
Accepted whenA mobile visitor can start a call or submit the approved form without hunting.
  2. 02

    Respond

Answer first. Find out if it's a real job. Send it to the right person before they call the next shop.

    • Every missed call gets a text. Logged text-back or recovery when a call is missed, after hours, or during surge.
    • Response workflows. Answering-first acknowledgement and the first human or system reply.
    • Questions that find out if it's a real job. The fields required to decide estimate, inspection, dispatch, or consultation.
    • Routing and escalation rules. Owners, queues, calendars, and after-hours exceptions.
Accepted whenApproved call and missed-call rules trigger correctly in the test scenarios.
  3. 03

    Book

Put the estimate or inspection on the calendar. Follow it. See which calls turned into jobs.

    • CRM stages and ownership. A visible pipeline for the job you get paid for (estimate, inspection, service call).
    • Estimate, quote, appointment, or inspection follow-up. Sequences for unworked estimates, long-cycle quotes, and no-shows.
    • Attribution, reporting, documentation, and acceptance testing. Source and status fields, operating docs, and a signed acceptance checklist.
Accepted whenThe job you get paid for can be recorded in the CRM.

CONFIGURATIONS

One system. Configured for the job your shop gets paid for.

QUESTIONS

About the Booked Work System.

What is the Booked Work System?

It is the installed path from a ringing phone to a booked job: catch the call, answer first, find out if it's a real job, put it on the calendar, follow it, and see where it came from. It is not a retainer, not a ranking campaign, and not a website package.

What does installed and accepted mean?

Named sources enter the designated system, test scenarios pass, owners can operate the path, and a written handoff exists. It does not mean guaranteed inquiry volume, appointments, or revenue.

What does Flux not do?

Flux does not buy ads, staff phones, price jobs, or promise rankings. Ongoing monitoring is optional and quoted only after install is accepted.

Is this one product or eleven products?

One system. Eleven trades. The job you get paid for and the words change by trade. Capability and page depth do not.

Where does a roofing shop start?

The roofing configuration is the Booked-Estimate System. Apply for a Revenue Leak Audit with industry=roofing so the diagnostic uses inspection and estimate language.

Next step

Find out which station is leaking first.

15 minutes, founder-led, genuinely useful even if we never work together.

Free. No proposal unless you ask for one.
