WHAT IT IS

A live look at how a call becomes a job.

  • A live call with the founder. Not a PDF. Not a pitch deck.
  • We look at your site on a phone, what happens after hours, your Google listing, and where leads land.
  • We use your numbers — call volume, job value, service area — so the leak is in your dollars, not ours.

WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH

A simple map of where jobs die.

  • A simple map: the six places jobs die, marked for your shop.
  • A list of every way work reaches you, and where each one lands.
  • The one fix that matters most — named, even if we do not sell it.
  • If you want one: a written plan built on that call. In private. No menu.

WHO QUALIFIES

Owner-led service businesses with demand to catch.

  • Owner-led service business — HVAC, roofing, plumbing, electrical, contractor, pools, or similar.
  • Work already coming in: calls, forms, referrals, or Google map taps.
  • Jobs big enough that one booked estimate matters.
  • Someone who can change how calls and forms get handled.

Not there yet? Run the 60-Second Site Check on your own — no call needed.

WHAT WE TRACE

Catch. Answer. Book. We follow one call through all three.

Where it comes in, who answers, how fast, and whether it lands on a calendar with its source. The gaps are where jobs die.

QUESTIONS

Before you book.

What is the Revenue Leak Audit?

A free 15-minute call with Jonathan that walks through how a call becomes a job in your shop. You leave with a simple map of where jobs die, a list of every way work reaches you, and the one fix that matters most — even if it is not something Flux sells.

How long does it take to build a contractor website?

Flux's delivery standard for a single-fix install, including a website, is twenty-one days from kickoff to the try-it-with-you step, if content and access arrive on time. Larger systems are staged so the first fix ships on that timeline and the rest follows. The proposal states the dates.

How do I know it works before we're done?

We try every rule against a written scene — a missed call, a night form, a no-show, a review ask — before we hand it over. You watch. You sign the done-list, or we write down the defect and fix it.

How does Flux measure whether any of this works?

We hook up tracking before we build. Every call link, audit button, calculator move, and form send on your site fires a GA4 event with its page and source — never a name, number, or email — and every lead carries its source into your list. That is how you know which calls came from where. Case studies then list what we measured first and what we watch, framed as tracking in progress, never as invented numbers.

Who owns the website, CRM, and Google Business Profile?

You do. Domain, code, words, lead list, Google listing, analytics, and tracking accounts stay in your name. If we stop working together, everything keeps working.

Does Flux guarantee rankings or leads?

No. Flux promises the agreed build, the try-it-with-you step, the notes, and the handoff. Rankings, lead volume, booked jobs, and revenue depend on the market and on your team's follow-through.
