- Pick a time A calendar opens right after you send. You get a text to confirm if you said yes to texts. If not, you get an email.

WHAT IT IS
A live look at how a call becomes a job.
- A live video walkthrough with our team on Google Meet. Not a phone call, not a pitch deck.
- We look at your site on a phone, what happens after hours, your Google listing, and where leads land.
- We use your numbers — calls, job size, towns — so the cost is in your dollars.
WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH
Three things you keep, even if we never work together.
- Your Leak MapWhere jobs get lost in your shop, from the first search to the booked job.
- Your costWhat those lost jobs may cost you. We use your numbers, not ours.
- Your #1 fixThe one fix that matters most. Even if it is not something we sell.

WHAT WE LOOK AT
Catch. Answer. Book. We follow one call through all three.
Where the call comes in, who answers, how fast, and if it ends up booked. The gaps are where jobs get lost.
AFTER THE AUDIT
Talk. Plan. Build. Test. You keep it.
Every step hands you something real. Nothing is done until you say it works.

QUESTIONS
Before you book.
Is the Revenue Leak Audit really free?
Yes. Fifteen minutes with our team. No proposal unless you ask for one. You leave with a simple map of where jobs die and the one fix that matters most — even if it is not something Flux sells. That is the audit.
What is the Revenue Leak Audit?
A free 15-minute video walkthrough with our team on Google Meet. We look at how a call becomes a job in your shop. You leave with a simple map of where jobs die, a list of every way work reaches you, and the one fix that matters most — even if it is not something Flux sells.
Do I need the whole system or can I start with one fix?
Start with one fix. Every service installs alone and connects later. The free audit shows where you are losing the most jobs. That is where we start. Many shops begin with only the missed-call text-back or only the website.
Do you publish your prices?
Yes, all of them, and you can buy any service online without speaking to anyone. We used to quote privately after a call. That was wrong: it made people guess whether they could afford us, and most of them guessed no and never asked. The prices are now on one page, the same for everybody. Work that needs its own plan — several locations, something custom — is still scoped from the free audit.
How is an engagement scoped?
Most of it needs no scoping at all — the services and their prices are published and you can buy any of them outright. Scoping is for work that needs its own plan: several locations, an unusual build, something custom. That starts with the free audit and a proposal built on your numbers.
What does Flux guarantee?
The work, in writing: the build we agreed, the try-it-with-you step before it goes live, the notes, and the handoff into accounts you own. What we deliberately do not put a number on is rankings or leads — those depend on your market and your team, and anyone quoting you a figure for them is guessing. We would rather be the agency whose promises hold.
Who owns the website and the Google Business Profile?
You own your website, domain, Google Business Profile, analytics and lead list. Flux runs the follow-up system for you.
How do I know it works before we're done?
We try every rule against a written scene — a missed call, a night form, a no-show, a review ask — before we hand it over. You watch. You sign the done-list, or we write down the defect and fix it.
